Allworx Wins Internet Telephony Magazine's Product Of The Year Award For 3rd Consecutive Year

Allworx - Communications Without CompromiseAllworx 24x Recognized As a Unique VoIP Solution for the SMB Market EAST ROCHESTER, N.Y., January 21, 2008 — Allworx, the small business phone and network solutions company, today announced that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), the publisher of Internet Telephony magazine has awarded a “Product of the Year Award” to Allworx, for its 24x VoIP Communications System. This is the second TMC award for the Allworx 24x, having previously won the 2006 Internet Telephony Excellence award, and it also marks the third consecutive year that an Allworx system has been named product of the year, with the Allworx 6x winning the distinction in 2006, and the Allworx 10x winning the award in 2005.

The Allworx 24x is a multi-faceted business communications system designed to support small and medium businesses with up to 150 users. The 24x combines a full-featured phone system, with simultaneous support for T-1/PRI, FXO, and VoIP trunking options and networking functionality that comprehensively can meet all of a company's communications needs. The latest update to the Allworx 24x brings unified communications capabilities, such as “follow-me-anywhere” features that route incoming calls to multiple externals numbers, including mobile phones. Additional enhancements include off-site access calling features, SMS notification, and voicemail escalation capabilities that help SMBs improve their productivity, as well as a host of network installation tools that help service providers ensure smooth CPE installations.
